(1) In accordance with sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Act, there shall be the following National Anti-Doping Agency to act against the consumption of prohibited drugs in sports:-
(a) One person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have experience in anti-doping in sports - Coordinator (b) One person nominated by the Ministry on the recommendation of the Council from among the experienced and expert people in anti-doping in sports - Member (c) Medical representative, Nepal Medical Council - Member d) Obtaining at least master's degree in law from a university recognized by the government of Nepal in the field of law or justice: one person nominated by the ministry from among the people with at least ten years of experience - member (e) officer level of the council designated by the member-secretary - staff - member-secretary
(2) The term of office of the coordinator or member of the agency nominated in accordance with clauses (a), (b) and (d) of sub-rule (1) shall be four years.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (2): the Council may at any time remove such member from office if the nominated coordinator or member of the Agency fails to fulfill his official duties, if he does anything contrary to the interest of the Agency or if he does not conduct himself in accordance with the office. But before removing him from the position, he should be given an opportunity to submit an explanation. (4) The Secretariat of the Agency shall be in the National Sports Council.
